Who we are
Sri Vidya Kshetra provides astrology services including Tarot Reading Sessions, Name Changing Consultations, and Lucky Mobile Number Consultations through its website and user accounts.
Registered users can access dashboards for bookings, consultation status, reports or notes shared during sessions, and billing information.
Acceptance of terms
By accessing the website, creating an account, booking a consultation, or making a payment, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy.

Eligibility and accounts

Pricing, payments, and invoices
All prices and charges will be displayed before checkout, inclusive or exclusive of taxes as indicated, and may change prospectively at any time.
Payments are processed by a third‑party payment gateway; card data is handled by the gateway in line with PCI DSS standards, and full card details are not stored on our servers.
Billing records and access
You can view your payment status, invoices, and order history in your account dashboard after login, subject to successful authentication and system availability.

If a session cannot be delivered due to our fault, a reschedule or refund may be offered at our discretion in line with the communicated policy for that booking.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sri Vidya Kshetra is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, or for decisions made based on consultations or content.
Total aggregate liability for any claim relating to a paid service is limited to the amount you paid for that specific service, excluding cases where the law provides otherwise.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Sri Vidya Kshetra harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the services, your breach of these terms, or your infringement of third‑party rights.
This indemnity will survive termination of your account or these terms to the extent permitted by law.
