Core policy
All payments for astrology services (Tarot Reading Session, Name Changing Consultation, Lucky Mobile Number Consultation) are final and non‑refundable once paid and a booking is confirmed.
This strict policy applies because consultations and reports are personalised and cannot be returned or undone once initiated or delivered.
Scope
The policy covers all paid services, including live sessions, written reports, and any digital deliverables shared via user accounts on the website.
By completing payment, you acknowledge and accept that no refunds will be issued except as set out in the limited exceptions below.
Limited exceptions
- Duplicate charge: If you were charged twice for the same order, the extra charge will be reversed after verification with the payment gateway and our billing records.
- Failed or incomplete transaction: If payment was debited but the order was not created or the service was not initiated due to a technical failure, a reversal or refund will be processed after verification.
- Legal requirement: If a refund is required by applicable law or regulatory direction, it will be processed to the original payment method after due verification.
No refund scenarios (illustrative)
- Change of mind after booking or receiving the consultation is not refundable.
- Dissatisfaction with outcomes or interpretations is not refundable because astrology guidance is subjective and time‑based.
- Incorrect or incomplete details provided by the user (for example, birth time) do not qualify for a refund once the service has started or been delivered.
Rescheduling instead of refund
If you cannot attend a scheduled session, you may request rescheduling in advance, subject to astrologer availability; reschedule is a courtesy, not a refund.
Late or no‑show requests may be treated as consumed sessions and remain non‑refundable under this policy.
How to raise an exception request
Write to mail@srividyakshetra.com from your registered email, attach your order ID, payment reference, and a brief description (for example, duplicate charge).
Exception reviews typically take 5–7 business days, and any approved refund is issued to the original payment method by the gateway’s standard timelines.
Chargebacks and disputes
Please contact support first so a duplicate charge or failed transaction can be resolved quickly with proper documentation via the payment gateway.
Unauthorised chargebacks for clearly delivered services may lead to suspension of account access until the dispute is closed, consistent with platform integrity and law.
Governing law
This policy is governed by the laws of India, and venue lies with competent courts at Hyderabad, Telangana, subject to applicable law.
Nothing in this policy limits any non‑waivable rights you may have under applicable Indian law, and statutory directions will be honoured where required.
